The fungi dataset files are available for download bellow. Please note that there are four biological conditions. Each condition has two biological replicates, and each biological replicate has three technical replicates. Inside each compressed RAR file bellow there are three files corresponding to the technical replicates. In order to uncompress the files you will need a compression software such as 7-Zip, WinRAR, etc.

Requirements

Hardware

⇒ A computer with at least a 8 GB RAM and 2 computing cores is recommended.


Software

⇒ Windows 7 (32 or 64 bits) or later.

⇒ In order to read RAW files from Thermo Fischer Scientific® you must install the MSFileReader. Go to Thermo®, login (or create an account if you don't have one), go to Utility Software, then find and install the MSFileReader.

⇒ The .NET framework 4.6, which will be automatically updated by DiagnoProt if necessary.
